Cyan Jewel offers worldwide shipping. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on the destination.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service issues, or other unforeseen factors.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days and it will reach by you within 7-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cyan Jewel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Cyan Jewel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@cyanjewel.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes; however, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot reroute the package and it will be the customer's responsibility to retrieve it from the provided address.

8. Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are unclaimed or refused by the recipient will be returned to Cyan Jewel. Any additional shipping fees to resend the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
